顔面神経麻痺
【顔面神経麻痺】
原因はよく分かりませんが、顔の半分が麻痺して動かなくなるものです。
一つには脳梗塞や脳出血による脳性麻痺がありますが、この場合、手足も麻痺するのでよく分かりますが、あるとき突然に顔の半分だけが麻痺するものがあります。
原因のメカニズムはよくわかりませんが、精神的な疲労が原因といわれたり、全身の疲れからといわれたり、あるいは冷えが原因だとか、言われたりしますが結局のところ、これらのものが入り混じり発症するのだと思います。
私もこれが発症したのですが、原因を考えてみると肉体の疲れと、顔の冷えが重なったときになったので疲れと、冷えが原因だと思っています。
いままで何人もこの症状の患者さんを治療していますが、やはり体の疲れは皆さん持っておられ、その疲れが抜けるにつれて、症状は緩和してゆき、1ヶ月から2ヶ月くらいで完治されています。
私もなってみてよく解ったことは、まず眼の開閉が出来ないので、眼が乾燥して痛むのが辛いのです。
外出時は、眼帯をして風が目にあたらないようにしていると楽なのですが、片目でモノを見るというのは非常に疲れます。そのせいで、肩首の凝りが強く出てきます。
次に、口が巧く開けられないので、食事のときに麻痺しているほうに食べ物が集まって溜まってくるということです。
これを何とかしようと思って舌で動かそうと思うのですが、これがなかなか巧く動いてくれません。
すると、口を開けると溜まった食べ物がこぼれてきます。
次に困るのはコップから飲み物を飲もうとすると、唇が巧く閉じられないので水分がこぼれます。
喋っていても時々涎がこぼれます。歯科医などで麻酔をされたときと同じで唇がうまくうごかないのです。
笑うと口を大きく開けることになりますが、これがまた健康なほうに筋肉が引っ張られるので口元が斜めに引っ張られるので、顔がすごく歪んでしまいますが、これが結構きついのです。
別人の顔になります。
しかしこの試練を勉強の題材として治療方法を色々試すことも出来、自分で出来なかったことなどを取り入れて、次に来られた患者さんは早く治せると自信も出来ました。

You know, it is said, the devil is in the details... And it couldn't be more correct at this point. Having said that, let me inform you what exactly did work. Your writing is certainly rather persuasive and that is possibly why I am making an effort in order to opine.
